BAGRAT CATHEDRAL

The Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin of Bagrat, built in the early stage of the domed architectural era in 1003 in the city of Kutaisi, which is the remains of the 6th-century basilica.

The monument is remarkable for its rich decorations and decorative arches, especially the carved gates, the Ornameti graphics and the mosaics on the floor that have survived to this day.
