RABAT CASTLE

The historical fortress of Rabat is located 1000 m above sea level in the municipality of Akhaltsikhe and had the status of an important trade and cultural center

In 2011-2012, as a result of the reconstruction, the fortress-complex wall, the mosque named after Pasha Jackeli and the Orthodox temple of the 9th-10th centuries were renewed.
